TEEL Construction and TEEL Advisory Services partnered to deliver Venture X Ashburn, a flexible coworking environment designed to support a range of workstyles, from private offices and conference rooms to open lounge areas and shared collaboration spaces. The project features warm wood finishes, glass-front offices, custom millwork, decorative lighting, café-style seating, meeting rooms, and biophilic design elements throughout. By combining advisory guidance with construction execution, TEEL helped create a polished, hospitality-inspired workspace that feels professional, comfortable, and highly functional for members and guests.
