TEEL completed work at The Shops at Avenir to enhance the exterior presentation and overall functionality of the retail center. The project focused on improving curb appeal, creating a more unified storefront appearance, and supporting a better experience for tenants, customers, and visitors. Work was carefully coordinated around the needs of an active commercial property, including pedestrian access, tenant operations, deliveries, and site logistics. Through organized planning and field coordination, TEEL helped refresh the center’s appearance while maintaining a safe and accessible environment throughout construction.
