About Project
TEEL completed a full renovation of Temple Sinai in Washington, DC, modernizing the worship and gathering spaces while respecting the building’s existing character and religious significance. The project included updates to the sanctuary, chancel/platform area, seating, millwork, lighting, finishes, flooring, and accessibility elements. Warm wood tones, integrated linear lighting, large windows, and refined architectural details create a bright, functional environment that supports worship services, music, community events, and daily congregation use.
