TEEL completed the tenant build-out for Planet Fitness in Herndon, transforming the existing space into a fully operational fitness center designed to support high daily member traffic. The project included fitness areas, locker rooms, restrooms, reception and check-in areas, the Black Card Spa recovery area, interior finishes, and building systems coordination to align with Planet Fitness’ brand standards and operational needs. The work required close coordination of layout, fitness equipment requirements, recovery-focused amenity areas, MEP systems, inspections, and project turnover to prepare the space for opening. TEEL’s team managed the construction process with a focus on schedule, quality, and functionality, delivering a clean, durable, and member-focused fitness environment.
