TEEL completed the construction of The Goddard School and SafeSplash in Alexandria, delivering a dual-use facility that brings early childhood education and swim instruction together under one roof. The project included classrooms, administrative areas, support spaces, an indoor pool area, locker rooms, restrooms, and building systems designed to support both daily school operations and aquatic programming. The combination of education and swim school spaces required detailed coordination between classroom layouts, pool infrastructure, MEP systems, life safety requirements, finishes, and project turnover. TEEL’s team managed the construction process with a focus on safety, functionality, and long-term durability, delivering a facility built to serve children, families, staff, and the surrounding community.
