TEEL completed the ground-up construction and full site development for ALDI in Charlotte Hall, MD. The project included sitework, utilities, paving, parking areas, exterior building construction, storefront, signage, and the full interior grocery build-out. Inside, the store features ALDI’s open retail layout with polished concrete floors, linear lighting, produce displays, refrigerated and frozen cases, bakery and grocery areas, and back-of-house support spaces. The completed store delivers a clean, efficient shopping environment while supporting the operational needs of a high-volume grocery retailer.
