TEEL Construction builds bank branches and financial offices, from ground-up construction on pad sites to branch renovations and multi-site rollouts.
We have delivered projects for PNC Bank, Capital One, HSBC, John Marshall Bank, and Navy Federal Credit Union. Our PNC work spans multiple locations including a ground-up branch in Gainesville, Virginia, branches in Alexandria and Reston, and the renovation of PNC Georgetown, where the scope included repainting the building’s landmark dome and restoring the exterior. For HSBC we have worked well beyond the Mid-Atlantic, including Valley Stream, New York and Kirkland, Washington.
Branch construction carries requirements most retail work doesn’t: security systems, vault and teller infrastructure, strict brand standards, and work that often has to happen outside banking hours or in phases so the branch stays open. For clients rolling out multiple branches, consistency across sites matters as much as any individual project.
Recent financial projects include PNC Bank in Gainesville, Alexandria, Reston, and Georgetown; John Marshall Bank in Leesburg; Capital One in Vienna; and HSBC in Valley Stream, New York and Kirkland, Washington.
Since 1987, TEEL has built its reputation on fast-tracked schedules and Zero Punch List completion.
